How to make your Complaint

Following the steps below will help us understand your concerns and give you a fair response.

  1. Download this form and write to us your complaint.

  2. E-mail it back to us at inquiry@directlink.com.ph Make sure to type “Complaint” in the subject area and include copies of supporting material should there be any.

  3. We will send you an acknowledgement email within 24 hours of the receipt of your complaint.

  4. We will provide a final statement of our position within 5 working days.
