1. Emergency Towing Assistance

In the event of breakdown of your vehicle, Direct Link will arrange to transport the vehicle to the nearest repair facility. The maximum amount payable is Php4,500.

2. Minor on-site Repairs Assistance

Minor on-site repairs such as jumpstart, battery boosting, tire changing, delivery of gasoline and car lockout. The maximum amount payable is Php1,200 per event.

3. Vehicle Removal

In the event of an accident where the vehicle has been rendered a total wreck or has fallen into a ravine, and the like, Direct Link will arrange to have the vehicle removed with the use of a crane and brought to the nearest repair facility. The maximum amount payable is Php10,000.

4. Alternative Transport & Hotel Accommodation Assistance

In the event of breakdown of the vehicle, Direct Link will:

1. pay for the hotel expenses up to Php4,000 per night, maximum of 2 consecutive nights if the vehicle cannot be repaired on the same day.
2. pay for the travel costs incurred in returning the Member to the usual place of residence if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 4 hours following breakdown.
3. pay for the travel costs to bring the Member to his/ her final destination, provided that the distance between the place of breakdown and the final destination is not greater than that between the place of breakdown and the Member’s usual place of residence.

5. Emergency Message Assistance & Critical Information Referral

Upon the request of the Member:

1. Direct Link Rescue Club will arrange to convey to the family of the Member urgent or very important messages related to the breakdown of the vehicle.
2. Direct Link Rescue Club will relay to Member information on accredited repair shops, addresses and telephone numbers.
3. Arrangement for hospital admission. Direct Link Rescue Club will arrange for the admission of the Member or the other injured passengers of the vehicle to the nearest medical facility.
4. Arrangement for ambulance assistance. Direct Link will arrange for the medical evaluation, with the use of an ambulance, of the Member or other injured passengers of the vehicle.
5. Direct Link Rescue Club will provide 24-hour medical advice over the phone for medical emergencies
   Traffic updates.
6. Direct Link Rescue Club will assistance and provide traffic situations within Metro Manila and assist the Member in getting to his/ her destination.
7. Road directions. Direct Link Rescue Club will access their map and recommend possible routes to the Member for his/her consideration.
8. Arrangement for legal assistance. In the event of an accident involving the vehicle, Direct Link Rescue Club will refer the member to a legal counsel.

6. Security Assistance

In the event that there is a threat to the Member while driving (somebody is tailgating or threatening him/her), Direct Link Rescue Club will guide the insured to the nearest police station or coordinate with the police to respond to the scene and secure the safety of the Member.

7. Carnapping Assistance

In the event that there is alleged carnapping, the Member can immediately call Direct Link Rescue Club for assistance in coordinating with the proper authorities to possibly trace the vehicle.

8. Home Assistance Referral Service

In the event that the Member will need the services of locksmith, pest control, movers, plumbing, electrical and home appliance repairs, Direct Link Rescue Club will assist in coordinating with the providers of such services.
